• Keep a T-shirt, shorts and your swimmers, essential toiletries, contact lenses and glasses, any special medication required, your travel documents and money in your carry-on bag just in case your main bag is delayed or doesn’t arrive on the same day.
  • Pack any batteries in your carry-on baggage.
  • Bring a basic First Aid Kit as infections can spread fast in the tropical heat and humidity. Even the smallest cut requires immediate attention.

  • Sudafed and anti-histamine tablets
  • Malaria tablets (if required for your destination)
  • Insect repellent with DEET, anti-itch cream
  • Paracetamol tablets, anti-inflammatory tablets
  • Lomotil
  • Rehydration salts / tablets
  • Any required prescription medications (with a letter from your doctor)
